PLANS for work on a car park have been hit with further delays.

Camelford Town Council says that the works due to start on Churchfield Car Park will begin on the week beginning March 18, and are set to be completed prior to the Easter holidays.

A spokesperson for Camelford Town Council (CTC) said: “Due to further contractor issues, beyond our control, the works due to start in Churchfield Car Park have been delayed.

“We have been reassured that the works will, however, be completed before the Easter break. CTC would once more like to apologise, on behalf of our project partners, for any inconveniences caused by these delays.”
