WORK is about to start on Phase One of the development of Stratton Hospital and should take about four months.

It will involve a complete re-design and refurbishment of out-patient clinics, physiotherapy, minor surgical procedures and the Minor Injuries Unit.

The hospital will remain open during this work.

The League of Friends of Stratton Hospital £1- million fund-raising appeal to help re-furbish and equip the hospital is making good progress thanks to all who have contributed to fund-raising events and activities.
