Christian Aid: Two weeks to go for the coffee morning to raise funds for Christian Aid, which will be held on Saturday, May 16, from 10 until 11.30 am in the Whitland Memorial Hall. Enjoy a nice cup of tea/coffee with your friends and help a very worthy cause.

Local Produce Market: Local produce from local producers. There is a wide variety of produce to choose from, from fresh vegetables, through meat, cheese, to cakes, pastries, quiches, pickles and jams, together with dozens of other quality produce in the Whitland Memorial Hall, on Saturday, May 9 (9.30 am until 12.30 pm). As usual there are vouchers to the value of £25 to be won. Everyone who attends the market will have a chance to win.

B Crafts, Beth Mangano's Crafts, Rhian's Jewellery, GemanEmz Gifts, Crafts by Jayne, Angel Gifts By Shaz, Forever Living with Chloe, Pearl's Dream Candles and Ferric Fusion Ironwork, Widge Thorpe, Margaret, Nikki Banner, Dawn Gosling and Eve Owen will be there with a huge variety of crafts all made by these local people.

Bump to Baby: Are you pregnant or have a baby under 12 months? If that is the case, then the Bump to Baby Group will provide you with a great opportunity to meet with other Mums (or Mums to be) and benefit from their experience by exchanging ideas and tips. The sessions are organised by the local health visitor, Diana Beavan (tel. 01994240132), and Lynwen (tel. 07837396016) from Twf, who are on hand to offer advice. The group meets every Tuesday from 10 am.

Whitland Works Well: Open to all on Tuesdays, in the Whitland Memorial Hall from 1.30 - 3.30 pm. Get support and advice on finding work, interview techniques, CVs and even volunteering opportunities.
