AS is now traditional, the Holsworthy & District Lions Club and Holsworthy Town Council were joined by a band of volunteers to install the Christmas trees and decorations around the Square.

A spokesperson said: “Holsworthy & District Lions Club today joined with Holsworthy Town Council, and of course, our brilliant volunteers, who are always willing to help us, in the task of erecting the Christmas trees and lights around the town.

“In a wonderful effort, and many Thanks to everyone who has helped in anyway.

“Thank you also to Lion President Richard Hutchings for arranging a well earned cup of coffee or tea, to keep everyone happy.”
