Two people are believed to have been left with serious injuries after a single-vehicle collision on the B3254 near Ladycross.

Devon and Cornwall Police along with the Air Ambulance are at the scene of the incident which occurred at around 10 am this morning.

The road is currently closed while emergency services remain at the scene.

Four people have been impacted by the incident, with the two seriously injured joined by two being checked for minor injuries.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police were called at 10am today to the B3254 near Ladycross following reports of a single vehicle collision.

"Two people are believed to have sustained serious injuries and two people have been checked for minor injuries at the scene.

"The road remains closed whilst emergency services remain at the scene."
