Matt Burton from Bude was heading out on a fishing trip with a friend on Sunday when he spotted this twister (above) at around 4pm as they passed Widemouth Bay. Matt told the 'Post': "I have seen three other twisters in the Bude area including an incredible water funnel just off Northcott." The twister was also seen by David Patrick, chairman of The Bude and District Model Aircraft Club, whose members were flying at the time, and also Jon Kessel from Widemouth Bay, who spotted it over Poundstock.
