TINTAGEL Hotel had an extremely good time over the Hallowe’en weekend, hosting three separate events.

To mark the occasion, co-owners Steven and Jamie Pedley, decorated the restaurant and bar to provide a typically Hallowe’en like setting.

On Saturday night, even the menu was themed. Over 150 people flocked through the doors to enjoy plenty of food and drink before the live band, The Scarecrows, performed from 9pm until midnight.

On Monday morning, local ladies’ group, The Teabags, arrived for their weekly gathering and enjoyed themselves as usual.

The final part of the weekend saw them host a trick or treat night for the children, which saw lots of children come in their fancy dress outfits.

Commenting on the events, Steven said: “We had a great few days over the Hallowe’en period. On Saturday night the place was absolutely packed and everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves. A lot of people came in their fancy dress and even our live band performed in fancy dress, which was great.

“On Monday night we also had a lot of fun and it seems like the children did too, with lots of them coming in for our trick or treat event. I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did.”
