Having been a resident at St Anne's Residential Home, Whitstone for four and a half years, I should like to thank Mr and Mrs John Medland (proprietors) for a ­lovely tea and fireworks display for residents, family and friends on November 1.

All the staff, including some husbands, worked so hard to make the evening go with a swing. Again many thanks for a wonderful evening.
