A TEIGNMOUTH school has made a dramatic rise in standards.
Only two years ago, Ofsted said Hazeldown primary needed 'improvement'.
Now it has been transformed, and earned a 'good' rating across the board, with some 'outstanding' features.
Praised are the quality of teaching, the achievement of pupils, the leadership and management, the behaviour and safety of pupils, and the early years provision.
The inspectors reckon the teaching has rapidly improved under the leadership of headteacher Stuart Ludford.
