Can your paper or your readers shed any light on the Lawrence family.

I have very little to go on, but I have an old picture of an elderly man sitting on a chair. It looks as if he had a withered arm. In the background are two ladies and a gentleman in the doorway of a cottage.

The only other thing I have is an old torn envelope with a threepenny stamp on it and addressed to Mrs A  Lawrence, Trethevy Cottage, South Petherwin, Launceston.

Any help would be very grateful and much ­appreciated.
