THE Growth Hub ‘On The Road’ team will be in Bude on Tuesday, January 10, to explain more about how their new business guidance system works and what type of support is on offer.

Growth Hub has teamed up with the Bude Chamber of Commerce to offer free workshops alongside the next ‘Bude Chamber Networking Meeting’ at Hotel An Mor in Bude on Tuesday, January 10.

The Growth Hub will also be ‘popping up’ around Bude in the Olive Tree Restaurant and Rosie’s Kitchen to provide information on the new service. They will be there from 10am to 12pm.

The Growth Hub On The Road tour will also be at the Bude-Stratton and King’s Hill industrial estates and will be found at Polmorla’s Pasties from 10am onwards, and at Bott Ltd from 1.30pm for anyone wanting to register for a free business review.

Growth Hub On The Road will hold a special Biz event on lean manufacturing at Bott Ltd, on the Bude-Stratton Business Park. The event will begin at 3pm, with a tour and talk by managing director Clive Woodward. This event is aimed at small and medium sized manufacturing businesses in the North Cornwall area.

Superfast Cornwall will introduce those attending the meeting to the latest online office tools, which could be used to manage a business remotely. ‘Better Business for All’ will explain how working with the regulators could save a business both time and money and the ‘Oxford Innovation’ will give those present tips on business growth for time poor business owners.

Networking will begin at 10am and the workshops will run from 11.30am to 1pm — with each workshop lasting half an hour.
