RAISING money for the North Devon Hospice’s outreach centre The Long House, in Holsworthy, ‘Team Tracey’ has completed a ‘gruelling’ but worthwhile muddy race.

Team Tracey completed the North Devon Hospice ‘Mission: Unbreakable 10k Obstacle Challenge’ on Sunday, October 16, in memory of Tracey Watts.

Tracey, and her family, had previously received support from The Long House team during her battle with cancer. She lost her battle to cancer in December 2015.

The team, made up of Tracey’s family, including daughters Steph Watts and Lisa Stanton, battled mud, marshland, rivers, steep hills and dozens of grueling obstacles.

They raised an impressive £1,771.91, which they donated as thanks to The Long House outreach centre in Holsworthy for the specialist care and support they and Tracey received during her illness.
