EARLY Birds Nursery, at Bude, recently received a donation of £420 from the Co-operative store at Bude.

Louise Palmer, the nursery manager responsible for childcare and education said: "This substantial donation has enabled us to purchase a 'choosing shed' where we can store our outside play equipment, toys and resources thus enabling the children to 'learn through play' outside as well as inside."
