THE former owner of an Alton High Street firm of solicitors closed down for failure to comply with accounts rules and principles set down by the Solicitors Regulation Authority has spoken out on the controversial closure.
Hilary Keeping has issued an official statement to emphasise the fact that while the firm still bears her name it is no longer her practice and she was "definitely not involved" in the closure.
