ON YOUR BIKE: Staff at the Brendon Arms, Bude supported 'Dare to Wear it Pink Day' for the third year running, by wearing pink pyjamas on Friday. To raise funds, a sponsored 12 hour 'cycl-a-thon' was held. Geoff Burns Sweeney (manager) started the cycle at 11am and a total of 248.5 miles were covered. So far £2,000 has been raised, and donations are still coming in.
