Surely I can't be alone in noticing the major increase of litter in and around Ross over recent months?

Last year I honestly thought we were making progress, with the increase in bin numbers and residents obviously taking notice of all the publicity about it.

Sadly, it has returned with a vengeance. I would like to point out the amount of empty energy drink cans strewn on pavements and grassland, where children and dogs walk. If the drinks work, surely it should fill the drinker with enough energy to run to the nearest bin!

Come on guys, let's keep Ross beautiful and litter free. It can be done.
