THE pupils of Marhamchurch Primary School Council, together with their teaching assistant Mrs Sarah Short produced a magnificent talent show recently.

The artists, who were pupils from all year groups in the school, performed excellently, no tears, no tantrums but with all the excitement and enthusiasm of those performing in 'Britain's Got Talent' or 'The X Factor'.

The surprise act was a highlight to everyone as Headteacher Mrs Biddle, Class 3 teacher Mrs Garret and school secretary Mrs Cogdell, appeared on stage dressed in 1970s psychedelic outfits complete with wigs and performed 'Super Trooper' to much laughter and applause.
