A group of former pupils of Sir James Smith’s Grammar School, Camelford from the 1940’s and 1950’s recently met and enjoyed lunch together at the White Hart Hotel at St Teath.

The group has been meeting for a few years now usually coinciding with former pupil Derek Pooley’s annual pilgrimage to his schooldays home village of Port Isaac.

This year an enlarged group enjoyed a good meal, catching up with each other and good natter about schooldays and other things.
