BUDEHAVEN School’s application to Cornwall Council to extend its existing canopy was discussed by the town council’s planning committee last Thursday.

The proposed plans would see the current canopied area extended within the courtyard area.

As there would be no visual impact for anyone outside of the school grounds councillors felt there was no reason to hold anything against the proposal and were all in favour of passing the application with no objections.

The final decision will be made by Cornwall Council.
