LAUNCESTON’S Rotary Community Shop has donated £1,000 to Tregadillett Age Concern.

The latest Rotary Community Shop Funding application came from Mr John Andrew, the treasurer of Tregadillett Age Concern.

This is a day centre at Tregadillett for people over 55 to meet for many activities including coffee mornings, bingo sessions, chiropody and a lot more with lunches every two weeks.

Tregadillett Age Concern expressed its gratitude for the kind donation. Improvements are planned for early 2017, details of which are due to be announced in the near future.

This donation is destined to help towards the exterior decoration.

Tregadillett Age Concern owns its own premises and serves a wide area for those of an older generation to socialise together and also support each other.
