THE President of Launceston Rotary Club, Dave Shrimpton, made two presentations to Rev Keith Roberts on Friday, October 5.
Mr Roberts is the chairman of a new project for the town; the Launceston Money Advice Centre and chair of Launceston Foodbank.
The Money Advice Centre will be a group of unpaid volunteers, who will receive training, to give much needed advice and support to offer a number of services including assistance with benefit application forms, working out family budgets, setting up debt management plans and negotiating with creditors, right through to personal insolvency or bankruptcy and tribunal work.
