MEMBERS of Cornwall Council, Redrow and local MP Dan Rogerson met with Stourscombe Residents' Association (SRA) on Wednesday, April 10 to discuss the estate.

Les Whaley, chairman of the SRA, and Peter Lawrence, vice chairman, organised the meeting to voice concerns about maintenace of the estate and obtain an update of the adoption of the estate.

Launceston Town Council had agreed to adopt the green areas of the estate last March, taking over management from Cornwall Council.

Those present at the meeting also discussed road cleaning and vehicular access in the estate, among other things.
