CHILDREN from Egloskerry School took part in 'snooze at the zoo' at Dartmoor Zoological Park (DZP) last week.
Forty-five children from Years 3 to 6 travelled to Sparkwell to visit the zoo and its animals. This trip was designed to start the school year with a real 'roar' and link to all the school's work on Narnia during the autumn term.
Egloskerry Primary School has created its own Christmas production of Narnia which will take place in December.
Children and staff had the opportunity to take part in a selection of special activities over their two day residential, including a sleepover at the zoo.
