POP princess and style icon, Kylie Minogue, visited Launceston last week – in the form of a life-size cut out.

Staff in Specsavers on Broad Street celebrated Kylie’s first ever eye wear collection exclusive to Specsavers with balloons and a life-size cut out of the Australian celebrity.

Customers were invited to take a selfie with Kylie and try on her new glasses range in the store.

Launceston store director, Julia Peggs, said: “Staff and customers have had great fun telling everyone about the new range of glasses designed by Kylie. The life-size cut out brought some glamour into the store and surprised a few people!”

The Kylie range for Specsavers is a stunning combination of elegance and edginess. The collection features 25 glasses and five prescription sunglasses.

Julia added: “The new range of glasses will no doubt be a huge hit with something for everyone, including a selection of petite style in smaller sizes as you would expect from the petite star.”
