As local election results were published today there has been a huge change of personnel on Bude-Stratton Town Council. Most of the former council have lost their seats, with the majority being won by a newly formed group, Bude-Stratton Community Alliance (BSCA).
The 18 councillors for the next four years on Bude-Stratton Town Council are:
Bude Ward – 11 seats.

Lorraine Corrigan-Turner (Ind) 637;
Paul Crum (Ind) 669;
Michael Dawe (Ind) 601;
Jackie Diffey (BSCA) 735;
Celli Moriarty (BSCA) 614;
Tom O’Sullivan (Ind) 863;
Philippa Purchase (BSCA) 661;
Amanda Tame (BSCA) 954.
Stratton Ward – six seats.
Simon Bellamy (BSCA) 668;
Sian Dearing (BSCA) 694;
Martin Dorey (BSCA) 703;
Peter La Broy 596
Paul Tilzey (Ind) 645;
Robert Uhlig (BSCA) 705.
Hele Ward – one seat.
Tony Gibbs (Ind) 55.
