A VILLAGE'S first whodunnit performance has received 'huge support' from the community.
The newly formed Helland Players presented their first performance of 'Who killed the ship's Captain?' on Friday and Saturday, March 22 and 23 at Helland Village Hall.
The play was set in 1912 on board the 'Helland', the flagship of the Blue Triangle shipping company three months after the sinking of the Titanic.
Amongst others, the suspects included the captain's wife, an efficient and successful chief officer, a cabin boy, and a very personal captain's secretary.
