Licencing application
CRACKINGTON: AN application for the granting of a new premises licence has been submitted to Cornwall Council for a venue in Crackington.
The Crackington Institute Committee have submitted a licence application for the granting of a new premises licence for their venue at Crackington lnstitute Village Hall, Higher Crackington, St. Genny's, Cornwall, EX23 0JL.
As part of the present requirements for the licensing of the sale and consumption of alcohol, businesses are required to advertise their proposals in a local newspaper in order that residents can be informed and make representations in respect of it.
The variation would, if granted, provide a venue for plays, films, live music, recorded music performance of dance, and similar regulated entertainment to those previously listed.

HALWILL: AN application for the granting of a new premises licence has been submitted to Torridge District Council for a venue in Halwill Junction.
The Trustees of Halwill Parish Hall have submitted a licence application for the granting of a new premises licence for their venue at Halwill Parish Hall, Halwill Junction, Beaworthy, EX21 5XU.
The variation would, if granted, give permission for the supply of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment on and off the premises.
Any interested party or responsible authority to this application may do so by writing to Torridge Council Offices, Riverbank House, Bideford between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm on or before November 24, 2025.
