AN outline application, with all matters reserved, to provide eight dwellings on land South East of Penworth Close, Launceston, has been approved by Cornwall Council, the town council’s planning committee heard last week.
The committee also heard that an application to demolish and rebuild the existing Old Granary above first floor level, and change of use of former granary building to use as two dwllinghouses, at Launceston Steam Railway, St Thomas Road, was approved by the authority.
St Joseph’s School has received planning permission to erect a replacement fire escape, stair, and extension to gym.
