A DEVON County Council spokesperson has said parents have gotten "wound up early" regarding the change of the catchment areas around Holsworthy and district primary schools.
As previously reported in the 'Post', news of the changes in the catchment areas came after a consultation of East and West Putford School closing due to dwindling student numbers. The change would have affected children from Milton Damerel sturdying at Bradworthy Primary Academy.
A consultation took place in December over the future of East and West Putford School, and there has been a meeting between the council and the Holsworthy Learning Community to decide where the school's remaining pupils could go in the future.
