A TOTAL of £9,031 was handed out to local community groups from monies raised at the 2012 Boscastle Festival on Monday, January 14.

Festival chairman Michael Parsons presented the various representatives with their donations at the Wellington Hotel, whilst Waterloo Restaurant Head Chef Steve Marsh prepared a cake in the shape of the funds raised to illustrate the success enjoyed, relevant to the event itself.
