LEE and Beccy Robinson hosted a charity ball in the White Hart Hotel, Launceston, on December 23 in aid of the Debbie Plowman Happy Faces Trust.

The couple sold tickets to their family and friends, and did no real advertising. It was all word of mouth and they were overwhelmed with the response from people, having around 230 people attend.

They were also lucky enough to have the Horse Band agree to play for them and everyone agreed, they were excellent as always.

The event also included a DJ and a photographer taking pictures ready to take home the same evening.

Lee said: "A great time was had by all, and it was a real success. The place was packed all evening. We managed to raise over £1,300."
