THE British Council has awarded Boscastle School an International School Award 2015-18.

The award is for outstanding development of the international dimension in the curriculum.

To qualify for the award schools have to demonstrate an international ethos and give evidence to support their application across an academic year.

Boscastle School has established links with schools in Switzerland, Thailand, Nepal and Sweden and hopes to make more connections in the forthcoming years.

Miss Claire Oxenbury, who led this project, attended the presentation in Plymouth and collected the certificate on behalf of the school.
