CAMELFORD Rotary Club held its annual Junior Youth Speaks Competition on Tuesday, June 15. The club invited local primary schools to participated in this public speaking competition, and the three schools involved were Delabole, Tintagel and Otterham Primary Schools. Otterham Primary School was victorious for the second year running, with both Delabole and Tintagel awarded a deserving joint second. Junior Youth Speaks, sponsored and organised by Camelford Rotary Club, is a public speaking competition for young people. The school teams compete against teams from other local schools within the same age range seven to eleven. A Rotary spokesman offered his congratulations to all three teams and added: "Well done Otterham."
