A DRIVER from South Petherwin has passed his test with flying colours. Jack Quinn (pictured) was commended by his instructor for completing his driving test first time without any faults on Friday (February 3). Tony Williamson, Launceston-based instructor from APW Driver Training, said Jack, a Launceston College student, has been an "excellent" pupil. He commented: "Jack has been a excellent pupil to teach, willing and eager to learn with myself."
