CORNWALL Council has given the go-ahead for a new nursery building with outdoor classroom at Lawhitton.

The Post has previously reported that Tiny Tots Nursery, which currently runs from a building at Trethorne Leisure Park, was seeking to operate from premises on a new site at Sheers Barton to enable growth of the business.

The local authority approved the planning application for the nursery building, outdoor classroom, bin and bike store, parking, play space, landscaping and new access on November 21.
