Wednesday, July 12, saw the official launch in Bude of an incredibly special charity gin called “Live the Dream”.
This gin is named after a great little racehorse, a tiny Chestnut cob with a huge heart and the word defeat was not a word in her vocabulary. The gin mimics her by its full flavour that is enriched by orange, lemon and rosemary.
A spokesperson said: “Launched in our beautiful new retail shop in Bude, we were honoured to have present our very own regional Marie Curie Nurse, Rachel Sandry. We were also joined by our contact since the start of this special project, Lynda Thomas one of Marie Curie’s Community Fundraisers.
“The most import element of this project is the continuous donations to Marie Curie. £2 of every 70cl bottle purchased will go to Marie Curie, 50p for our sweet little miniatures, 5cl.”
To taste and purchase this special gin, which includes that all important donation to Marie Curie visit one of the retail locations at Tintagel shop, Rock Distillery Shop and Bude Shop.
