Clubs don’t come more iconic than Ministry of Sound.

The legendary London venue was at the heart of the huge house scene of the Nineties, and is one of the biggest brand names in dance music worldwide.

And in 2023, they’ll bring their epic sound to Cornwall like you’ve never heard it before for a Live In The Wyldes night to end all nights.

The show will see some of the best known club classics rearranged and reinterpreted for a full 30 piece orchestra live on stage, while top DJs including Paul Oakenfold, Judge Jules and Danny Rampling take to the decks.

“We are so excited for this,” says The Wyldes Director Sam Dunnett. “We know how much our audiences appreciate a good dance night, we get so many requests for big dance acts. Bringing a name as legendary as Ministry of Sound down to our little corner of the world has got us all very excited indeed for an epic night of huge dance tunes as you’ve never heard them before.

“This is going to be a simply massive show. Incredible DJs, a 30 piece orchestra, all your favourite house classics, and live performances from top vocalists.”

The show has previously played to packed audiences at The Royal Festival Hall, and will play Live In The Wyldes on June 16, 2023.

They’ll find an enthusiastic welcome at The Wyldes, Cornwall’s largest outdoor music venue, where huge crowds have gathered to dance to Pete Tong and Symphony Orchestra and Fatboy Slim among other past acts.

Home to flagship festival Leopallooza, the 10,000 capacity indie venue is nestled among picturesque woodland close to Bude. Its series of Live In The Wyldes events see a full day and night of street food, camping, glamping and music for all the family.

Known for its friendly feel, inclusive approach, top acts and high production values, it’s a venue to put on your checklist for the summer if you haven’t already experienced its special magic.

Ministry of Sound Classical will be Live In The Wyldes on June 16, 2023, featuring Paul Oakenfold, Judge Jules and Danny Rampling.
