A PIONEERING project to bring medical treatments out of acute hospitals and closer to home is being rolled out across East Hampshire.
Longer GP opening hours, making it easier for patients to get a doctor's appointment when it suits them and better support for long-term medical conditions are all part of the innovative scheme which will be rolled out across the county in the next 12 months.
