LAUNCESTON'S Matthew Legg was delighted to win a silver medal for Great Britain in the Special Olympic World Games Ten Pin Bowling Doubles competition alongside partner James Black of Forfar, recently. He also picked up a bronze medal the singles category. The 2011 Special Olympics World Games, held in Athens, is the biggest global sporting event of the year and features over 7,000 athletes with learning disabilities from 180 nations. A total of 157 athletes from across England, Scotland and Wales competed for Great Britain in 17 different sports.
