MEMBERS of Granville Chapter No 3405, which meets in Bude, together with their friends and families, gathered at the Masonic Hall, for an Italian themed evening on Friday, October 28.
The refectory, which was renamed Mario’s Bistro for the evening, was decorated with flags and bunting.
A selection of popular Italian music was played and a splendid three course meal was enjoyed by more than 40 people.
The evening was presided over by Mike Davison whose term of office as head of the Chapter comes to an end next month. The event was organised by Chapter secretary Keith Taylor.
A raffle was held in aid of Masonic charities and raised £166. Mike thanked everyone for attending, especially those who helped with the organisation and stated he had thoroughly enjoyed his year in office.
This was the fourth Bistro Evening enjoyed by the Chapter and has now become a permanent fixture in its social calendar.
