A CELEBRATION of mental wellbeing and embracing all things different took place at Penstowe Manor, Kilkhampton, on Saturday, March 29 with a Kink in the Link event.

The staff of Holsworthy Link Centre and some of the clients it supports took over Penstowe Manor for an event.

Between 10am and midnight they were able to join together and enjoy various games and live music.

The event started with bouncy castle and George the Dragon for children. At midday the staff and clients formed the band 'Sharing Voices', taking to the stage for a two hour performance, where around 14 people took part; songs included Mull of Kintyre, True Love Ways, Killing Me Softly With His Song, Everybody Hurts, I Will Survive, Imagine and Danny Boy.
