BEFORE her retirement this summer from St Joseph’s School, Mrs Lis Mann will be bringing her award-winning school choir to St Mary Magdalene Church for a summer concert on Friday, June 24 at 7pm.

Tickets are £5 and are available from the Christian Bookshop in Westgate Street or by telephone from churchwarden Mrs Brenda Mitchell on 01566 774697.

A concert by St Joseph’s is always popular so make sure you buy your tickets in good time. All proceeds from the concert will go towards St Mary Magdalene replacement heating fund.

Refreshments will be available at the end of the concert and a delightful evening of music is in prospect.
