BODMIN?Magistrates have re-opened a case against a Launceston man accused of not having third party insurance.
Mr Brian John Lundergan, aged 45, of Nicholas Tenements, Launceston, appeared on September 9 when the magistrates granted an application to re-open the case following conviction and sentence imposed on July 7, 2010.
The original offence of driving a BMW car at Launceston on February 3, 2010, without insurance for third party risks. was re-opened and he pleaded guilty.
Mr Lundergan was fined £160 with £60 Crown Prosecution Service costs and £15 victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with six points.
