LAUNCESTON Police, in partnership with Cornwall Council, were granted a Premises Closure Order for number 57 Queen Elizabeth Road, Launceston, at Bodmin Magistrates' Court, on Friday, August 16.

The order was granted after many allegations of serious and persistent nuisance and anti social behaviour coming from the premises over a period of time.

Neighbourhood Beat Manager, PC Johnny Haynes of Launceston Police said: "We have received many complaints from residents who were being caused huge amounts of distress from the activities at this house."
