A larger number than usual of serving and ex-service personnel were represented.
Youth organisations were prominent with large numbers of young people attending.
The public were out in force, on a blustery day, supporting the parades and in memory of the solemn occasion.
Central Methodist Church was filled to capacity to witness the service, conducted by the Rev Neal Street.
The Bude parade was as usual headed by Bude Town Band, which also provided the music for the service.
Special thanks were expressed to David Inch for his excellent service as bugler for the Royal British Legion.
Thanks were also expressed by Bude and Stratton Royal British Legion to all who attended and helped in any way.
