A LAUNCESTON man was discharged conditionally for 18 months at Liskeard Magistrates' Court on October 27 after pleading guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
The court heard that on October 7, Robert Daniel Johnson aged 45 of Foxglove Close, Launceston was drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Southgate Street.
Mr Johnson also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to police/court bail at the appointed time and committing an offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge. He was discharged conditionally for 18 months.
