A NUMBER of people attended an open day at Greystone Quarry, near Launceston, recently. They were invited to take part in a tour of the quarry and obtain an insight as to how the quarry works on a day-to-day basis. Among the visitors was a family of four generations — Lucy Williams' late husband, George Williams was a former manager in the 1950s and she went along to the open day with her son Dennis Williams and grandchildren; Darren and Craig Williams and great grand-daughter, Gracie Williams.
