A SERVICE to support patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) has been launched in Holsworthy.

The Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust has teamed up with local GPs and NHS Devon to set up Telehealth in North Devon.

Telehealth is used across the NHS to monitor and manage people's conditions remotely. It enables the community respiratory nursing teams to provide treatment and care to patients at home.
