HOLSWORTHY Majorettes will fold if a trainer for the group can not be found within a fortnight.
Organiser Shirley Elkin told the 'Post' that the departure of the former instructor, allied with the cost of hall rental and a change in attitude towards the pastime, had resulted in dwindling numbers.
Shirley, alongside her daughter — who has now moved to Plymouth — have been involved in the running of the majorettes for around seven years.
