HELPERS have raised £535 running coffee mornings in the summer months for Cornwall Air Ambulance, Christian Aid and Poughill Methodist Church funds.
A cheque for £400 was presented to Paul Ford from Cornwall Air Ambulance by Peggy Evans at the Poughill Methodist Church Sunday evening service on November 6, which was taken by the Rev Neil and Mary Street.
Paul Ford thanked everyone for the cheque, which will support the extremely valuable service of Cornwall Air Ambulance, which was the first in the country and is now 30 years old.
